Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

Another Obama-appointed federal judge on Tuesday stepped in to block the Trump agenda from being carried out. Yes, that would be the same agenda that America voted overwhelmingly in support of on November 5, 2024.

This time, an Obama judge found that Elon Musk and DOGE likely violated the Constitution when it shut down the deep-state slush fund known as USAID, and he has ordered them to restore access for current employees.

US District Judge Theodore Chuang ruled in favor of more than two dozen unnamed current and former USAID employees and contractors who challenged the Trump administration's efforts to shutter the organization.

In a 68-page decision, Chuang granted in part their request for a preliminary injunction, ruling that DOGE and Musk likely violated the Constitution's Appointments Clause and separation of powers.

Musk has been ordered to reinstate access to email, payment and other electronic systems for all current USAID employees and personal services contractors, while the Trump administration is now prevented from taking any further actions related to the shutdown of USAID - including placing employees on administrative leave, firing USAID workers, closing buildings, bureaus or offices, and deleting the contents of its websites or collections.

Of note, the order does not require the reinstatement of fired employees, after roughly 83% of USAID programs have been officially canceled, according to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who stated:

“After a six-week review, 5200 contracts that are now cancelled spent tens of billions of dollars in ways that did not serve, and even harmed the core national interests of the United States.”

This latest judicial move to block the Trump administration comes days after DC District Court Judge James Boasberg issued a two-week halt on deporting illegal-alien gang members. We’ll have more on that case later in the newscast.

The Trump administration is also in the process of reinstating 24,000 federal workers after a different Obama judge, US District Judge James Bredar, ordered the mass reinstatement of employees at 18 federal agencies last week, determining that the administration’s justification for the firings, poor performance, was not supported by evidence. The ruling follows another decision by a federal judge in San Francisco, who also found terminations at six agencies to be illegal.

President Trump’s nearly three-hour phone conversation with Russia’s Vladimir Putin on Tuesday failed to produce an overall ceasefire in the Ukraine war, but it did produce some other areas of common ground. The biggest was an agreement to a ceasefire of attacks on each other’s energy infrastructure.

After Moscow and Kiev agree to stop hitting each other's power plants, electric grids and petroleum-processing stations, negotiators will move on to a potential halt in fighting on the Black Sea and then to a full ceasefire and peace agreement in the three-year-old Ukraine war, a White House statement said. The White House read-out of the conversation states that, “These negotiations will begin immediately in the Middle East.” 

The leaders also discussed the need to stop proliferation of strategic weapons. And, they shared the view that Iran should never be in a position to destroy Israel.

The deputy leader of Russia’s State Duma told RT that the positions of Moscow and Washington may gradually converge and there is no space for Ukraine between them.

In other words, the Ukrainian military infrastructure was created by Western globalists specifically for the purpose of destroying U.S.-Russian relations and out of the international fallout from those disintegrating relations will come World War III, depopulation and a complete global reset. 

If Trump and Putin can throw a wedge into that plan, more power to them.

The two-month-old Israel-Hamas ceasefire officially ended Monday night when Israel launched massive airstrikes in Gaza, killing over 400 people including several terrorist commanders and, in some cases, their entire families.

Israeli leaders said they launched the attack after Hamas refused to hand over the remaining Israeli hostages it took in the October 7, 2023, attack on Israel.

Gazan media is reporting that Naji Abu Sayif, known as Abu Hamza, was eliminated in an IDF airstrike on a refugee camp in central Gaza.

He is the spokesman for the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization.

According to Israel National News, Gazans report that among those killed in the strikes are the wife and four children of Rafah Brigade Commander Abu-Anas Shebana. According to the reports, three of his children were killed earlier in the war and now the remainder of his family was killed.

Earlier in the day the IDF stated that it is continuing to strike terror targets belonging to the Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist organizations across the Gaza Strip.

The IDF issued a statement that read:

“The targets struck over the past few hours include terrorist cells, launch posts, weapons stockpiles, and additional military infrastructure used by these terror organizations to plan and execute attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers.”

The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement that the Israel Defense Forces are targeting Hamas terrorists throughout the region, adding:

“Israel will, from now on, act against Hamas with increasing military strength.”

The media watchdog group HonestReporting reports that a journalist arrested by Israeli police on suspicion of inciting terror works for Western media outlets, calling into question her objectivity and her outlets’ journalistic standards.

Latifeh Abdellatif, a Jerusalem photojournalist who, according to her social media, freelances for Reuters, ABC News, and the BBC, shared a post calling for “martyrdom” along with a video of former Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, as well as other posts glorifying terrorists, police said in a statement.

The statement did not disclose the female photojournalist’s name, which HonestReporting later revealed based on Palestinian media reports.

According to her Facebook page, the woman also works for the United Nations Population Fund, and has shared a post declaring that “Al-Aqsa has always been and will always remain for Muslims alone,” deliberately denying Jewish history surrounding the Temple Mount, the holiest site in Judaism.

But none of this prevented the world’s leading news organizations from letting her report on the region.

Police said her suspected post about Sinwar, the mastermind of the October 7 massacre in southern Israel, showed the arch-terrorist speaking “about the greatest gift that the enemy could give him: to die and ascend to heaven before God as a martyr,” with a caption that reads in Arabic, “wants to die as a martyr.”

So it should raise red flags that this terror-supporting so-called journalist was among the contributors to a profile piece about Sinwar for ABC News.

A House GOP lawmaker has officially filed articles of impeachment against Chief Judge James Boasberg of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, accusing him of abusing his judicial power to block President Trump’s deportation efforts.

Congressman Brandon Gill (R-TX) introduced the resolution on Tuesday, citing Boasberg’s intervention as a direct constitutional violation that obstructed the president’s enforcement of immigration law. 

Gill wrote in a statement posted to social media:

“By thwarting President Trump’s lawful efforts to deport violent illegal alien gangsters, Judge Boasberg created a constitutional crisis. He is unfit for judicial office.”

The resolution formally accuses Boasberg of high crimes and misdemeanors, specifically charging him with abuse of power by interfering in the executive branch’s authority to enforce federal law, including the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.

The resolution states: “Chief Judge Boasberg, in violation of his oath of office, did knowingly and willfully use his judicial position to advance political gain while interfering with the President’s constitutional prerogatives and enforcement of the rule of law.”

The impeachment article argues that under the Alien Enemies Act, the president has sole and unreviewable discretion to determine whether an invasion has taken place and to act accordingly. It cites Supreme Court precedent from Ludecke v. Watkins (1948), which affirmed that such executive determinations are not subject to judicial review.

Despite this legal precedent, Boasberg ruled to halt deportation flights targeting illegal aliens with known ties to the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, a designated foreign terrorist organization. The resolution states that Boasberg “usurped the role of the Executive and unilaterally took upon himself the power and authority of the President.”

Supreme Court Justice John Roberts has rebuked President Trump for suggesting impeachment of the federal judge in the deportations case of illegal immigrant gangbangers.

Trump stated in a post to Truth Social:

“This Radical Left Lunatic of a Judge, a troublemaker and agitator who was sadly appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, was not elected President – He didn’t WIN the popular VOTE (by a lot!), he didn’t WIN ALL SEVEN SWING STATES, he didn’t WIN 2,750 to 525 Counties, HE DIDN’T WIN ANYTHING! I WON FOR MANY REASONS, IN AN OVERWHELMING MANDATE, BUT FIGHTING ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION MAY HAVE BEEN THE NUMBER ONE REASON FOR THIS HISTORIC VICTORY. I’m just doing what the VOTERS wanted me to do. This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges’ I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!! WE DON’T WANT VICIOUS, VIOLENT, AND DEMENTED CRIMINALS, MANY OF THEM DERANGED MURDERERS, IN OUR COUNTRY. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”

Now, Justice Roberts has issued a statement about what Trump said:

“For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.”

He’s right about the appellate process in general, but if some of these activist judges were held to a higher standard than just having their rulings overturned by a higher court, maybe they wouldn’t make so many activist rulings. This is the problem with our judicial system. It allows activist judges to wreak havoc on the American people with no real accountability.

It is true that any remedy outside the appellate process would go both ways. Good judges would be impeached by Democrats simply because they disagree with them.

And, yet, such decisions only seem to go in one direction.

For example, where was Chief Justice John Roberts when Democrats were calling on the Supreme Court to be completely remade after Trump appointed more judges to the highest court in the land, wanting to pack the court with more activist justices? Where was his statement on this?

And what about in 2020, when Senator Chuck Schumer threated conservative justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, saying “you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price” for refusing to uphold abortion on demand in all 50 states? I don’t recall a statement from Justice Roberts rebuking Schumer for that, either.

By now, you know that Elon Musk and Tesla are under relentless attack from the violent left. Tesla charging stations, cars, stores, and dealerships are being vandalized, even bombed, by Democrat operatives furious that DOGE is exposing government waste and corruption.

A recent Revolver News exclusive reports that what you may not know, because the fake-news media is working overtime to cover it up, is that so far, two of these domestic terrorists are transgenders. The man who attempted to bomb a Tesla store in Loveland, Colorado, is posing as a woman. And the male suspect behind the firebombing and shooting of a Tesla in Salem, Oregon? Well, he’s also a mentally ill female wannabe.

Meet the men responsible for this terror and violence: Justin Thomas Nelson, aka “Lucy Grace Nelson,” and Adam Matthew Lansky, aka “Allison Tesla.” 

As Revolver notes, these are not just unhinged activists, they are violent threats to America’s safety.

And let’s not forget, this latest wave of trans violence comes on the heels of the assassination attempts on right-wing politicians in DC. And that shooter was also a tranny named Ryan Michael English, aka “Riley English.”

The Revolver piece concludes:

“At this point, it’s a fair question: Are we all under attack from angry, out-of-control trannies and cross-dressers? Given the escalating violence and hate from this small but dangerous group, it sure looks that way.”

Following the successful deportation of hundreds of murderous Tren De Agua gang members, against the wishes of a corrupt Obama-appointed judge, Trump’s White House shared a video of the shackled illegal aliens being sent to a mega prison in El Salvador.

The footage shows the criminals being patted down and packed on planes all to the tune of the 1998 song “Closing Time” by Semisonic.

The song includes the lyrics “Closing time…You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here.”

The deportation flights were carried out despite a federal judge attempting to block Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act to protect American citizens from these brutal Venezuelan thugs.

The Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg even issued an emergency order to turn the deportation flights around in mid-air and bring the gang members back to the United States of America.

The Trump administration told this judge to go pound sand, a decision I think an overwhelming majority of Americans, yes even some who voted for Kamala, are in full support of.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has defiantly stated that the deportations of violent gang members will continue, with no regard for the judge’s attempt to thwart them and keep the murdering illegals here in America.

Trump has since called for the impeachment of Judge Boasberg for his outrageous attempt to block the deportation of dangerous illegal invaders. This is a judge who apparently enjoys seeing TdA gang members prey on innocent American citizens.

It doesn’t get any more treasonous than that.
